1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fk77 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the fk77 website at fk77.vu and all associated services, games, and content. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of fk77 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

2Eligibility

To register an account and use fk77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. fk77 reserves the right to request verification of any criterion at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This restriction applies absolutely to account creation, deposits, real-money gameplay, and withdrawals.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party when registering or using a fk77 account.
• You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement on your account or imposed by any responsible gaming authority.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep that information up to date for the life of your account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or close family member of a fk77 employee involved in the operation of the Platform.

fk77 may decline any registration application or suspend any account where it determines, in its sole discretion, that eligibility requirements have not been or are no longer met. Any such decision is final.

3Account Registration & Management

Each individual may register and maintain only one fk77 account. Where fk77 identifies that a single individual has registered or operates multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all such accounts may be suspended immediately. Balances in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture pending an internal investigation.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any SMS verification codes sent to your registered mobile number.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. fk77 staff will never ask for your password through any channel.
• You must notify fk77 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.
• All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or a third party who accessed your account due to inadequate credential security on your part.

KYC Verification

fk77 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at registration, before a first withdrawal, or following an account review. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered mobile number. fk77 may delay withdrawal processing until KYC is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail or refuse KYC within the requested timeframe may be suspended.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fk77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fk77 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer channels including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ৳50 per transaction. fk77 imposes no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Funds deposited must come from payment methods registered in your own name. fk77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
• Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits typically process within 1 to 24 hours depending on the sending institution and time of submission.
• fk77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit flagged by its fraud prevention or anti-money laundering systems. Flagged deposits will be held pending review and may be returned to the originating payment method.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳200 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance exceeds the minimum.
• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. fk77 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.
• fk77 targets processing mobile wallet withdrawals within 30 minutes during standard operating hours. This is a service target, not a guaranteed time. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 5 business days to clear at the receiving institution.
• fk77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in aggregate within any 30-day period. Enhanced review may extend processing times.

5Bonuses & Promotions

fk77 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Standard wagering requirements are set out in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player per promotion unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through multiple accounts or coordinated wagering is strictly prohibited.
• fk77 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided such modification does not disadvantage players who have already claimed the bonus and have outstanding wagering requirements to complete.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw before requirements are satisfied will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• fk77 reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion and reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it determines on reasonable grounds that the player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage wagering, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine recreational play.

fk77 is under no obligation to offer any bonus or promotional incentive to any player. The existence of a bonus offer does not create a contractual entitlement to that bonus until the player has affirmatively claimed it in accordance with the promotion's stated claim procedure.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on fk77 operate under the rules published by their respective game providers. In any conflict between a provider's published rules and these Terms, the provider's rules govern for that specific game. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems maintained by the game providers and are not controlled or influenced by fk77.

• In the event of a malfunction, software error, or communication failure during gameplay, any affected round or bet may be declared void. fk77 will not honour payouts generated by a game malfunction. Affected players will be refunded the stake placed on any voided round.
• Displayed game odds, RTP percentages, and paytable information are sourced from the game provider and reflect theoretical long-run averages. Past results do not influence future outcomes. fk77 makes no representation that any player will achieve results consistent with published RTP figures in any given session.
• Cricket betting and sports betting markets on fk77 are settled in accordance with the settlement rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. fk77 reserves the right to void, suspend, or re-settle any bet where the market was offered in error, the event was subject to match-fixing, or relevant information was unavailable at the time the bet was placed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or bet settlement, the decision of fk77's compliance team, made after reviewing the relevant server logs and game provider records, shall be final. Disputes must be raised with fk77 support within 30 days of the relevant event; disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fk77. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited in whole or in part, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct involves suspected criminal activity.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, exploit promotions, or gain any advantage not available to ordinary players using the Platform manually.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share card or game state information during live casino rounds, or coordinate betting patterns in sports markets to exploit platform pricing.
• Registering an account using false or third-party personal information; providing fraudulent documentation in response to a KYC request; or misrepresenting your age, identity, or eligibility in any communication with fk77.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any illegal source. fk77 applies AML screening to all accounts and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit transaction made to fk77 through your payment provider without first raising the matter with fk77 support and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
• Engaging in any conduct intended to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to fk77's systems, including SQL injection, cross-site scripting, denial-of-service attacks, or any other form of technical exploitation targeting the Platform's infrastructure.

fk77's determination that prohibited conduct has occurred is made on the balance of evidence available to its compliance team, applying reasonable industry standards. fk77 is not required to disclose specific evidence relied upon where doing so would compromise the Platform's fraud prevention systems.

8Responsible Gaming

fk77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligations to protect vulnerable players, including those experiencing gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a range of player protection tools accessible from the account dashboard after login.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. A limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out. Session limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary pause on their account of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account remains accessible for balance enquiry but deposits and gameplay are suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel gambling is having a harmful impact on their life may request permanent self-exclusion from fk77 by contacting support. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened; any request to reopen will be declined.

9Intellectual Property

The fk77 brand name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of fk77. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any fk77 trademark, trade name, service mark, or logo.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fk77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of the Platform or its contents; collect product listings, descriptions, or prices; make any derivative use of the Platform; or download or copy information for the benefit of any third party.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fk77 excludes all liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise. Without limiting the foregoing, fk77 specifically excludes liability for the following:

• Gaming losses of any kind, whether arising from legitimate gameplay, a game malfunction subsequently rectified, or a dispute resolved in fk77's favour through the applicable dispute resolution process.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures affecting your access to the Platform or the availability of any game or feature, regardless of whether caused by fk77 or a third-party service provider.
• Loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if fk77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game odds, promotional content, or communications from fk77 support staff, where that reliance was unreasonable given the context and nature of the information provided.

11Account Suspension & Termination

fk77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fk77 determines in its sole discretion that any of the following circumstances apply:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, or KYC obligations.
• fk77's fraud prevention or AML systems have flagged your account for suspicious activity, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
• You have requested account closure. Player-initiated closures will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed by fk77 due to a Terms breach, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to an ongoing investigation or legal hold will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method following the conclusion of any investigation.

12Privacy

fk77's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at fk77.vu/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you do not consent, you must cease using the Platform.

13Amendments to These Terms

fk77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it substantively alters your rights or obligations — fk77 will provide at least 7 days advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform before the effective date and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11 of these Terms.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, fk77 encourages players to contact support first to seek an informal resolution. fk77 will use reasonable endeavours to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, fk77 may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service, whose decision shall be binding on both parties.
